Our company, KASI (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, was established since 1979 and is based in Sabah, Malaysia. We are a member of IALA since 2007 and have recently become an Industrial Member. Since establishment, we have acquired considerable experience in port consultancy, marine technologies and port infrastructure and became focused on technical services since 2000. We have since operated as an independent, professional marine consulting, marine simulation and port control systems firm committed to building knowledge and solving problems, expertly and appropriately. KASI has a 30-year track record of achievement in the marine industry and today, on specialist consultancy including shiphandling simulation. We have a unique mix of know-how, assets and facilities including state of the art 3D modelling laboratories, a full range of computational modelling tools and, above all expert staff with skills and experience working as a team under the KASI group. We have always emphasized safety aspect in our marine consultancy studies. Safety includes the use of aids to navigation as one of the key elements for our recommendations in our studies. One of our subsidiary companies within KASI group are authorized agents for supply and distribution of aids to navigation products and other marine products.
